Online Silica Analyser
Monitor silica where steam-cycle protection and high-purity water quality are important.

Online Silica Analyser with 3S
Silica measurement supports high-purity water, boiler-feed, condensate and steam-cycle oversight, as well as selected industrial water applications. A configured 3S-CL automates the sample treatment and optical measurement needed for routine silica trending.
Low-level silica monitoring depends on a representative sampling point, clean sample handling, suitable materials and a method matched to the expected concentration. Review boiler and high-purity water applications before PMA confirms the analyser and sample arrangement.
Repeatable online silica measurement in a compact analyser
The programmed sequence handles the sample and reagents automatically, allowing operators to review silica results and analyser status through the integrated touchscreen.
01 / SILICA METHOD
Parameter-specific silica measurement
The configured 3S-CL runs a silica-specific wet-chemistry sequence. The method, range and sampling arrangement are reviewed together because contamination or an unsuitable sample point can undermine low-level measurement.
- Parameter-specific wet-chemistry sequence
- Freely programmable analysis frequency
- Automatic result calculation
02 / AUTOMATIC ROUTINES
Calibration, validation and cleaning
Automatic routines can be scheduled at selectable intervals to support repeatable silica monitoring between planned maintenance visits.
- Automatic calibration
- Automatic validation
- Automatic cleaning
Silica analyser information
Core 3S-CL information for silica method and installation review. The final chemistry, range and sample arrangement should be confirmed for the application.
Flexible installation
Wall or rack mounting is supported in the standard vertical arrangement.
Defined sample handling
A pressure-free sample reservoir presents flow to the analyser.
Process integration
Analog outputs and Modbus RTU RS485 support plant integration.
Operator records
The integrated datalogger supports USB result export.
Designed for high-purity water and steam-cycle oversight
Regular silica results can help teams review water-treatment and steam-cycle conditions between laboratory checks. The analyser separates its wet and electronic compartments while keeping results and status available through the touchscreen.
Touchscreen
Review silica results, status information and analyser functions.
Automatic routines
Calibration, validation and cleaning run at selectable intervals.
Separate compartments
Electronic and wet-chemistry sections are physically separated.
Low reagent use
Reagent consumption is confirmed for the selected chemistry and programmed analysis frequency.
