Online Aluminium Analyser
Configure online aluminium measurement around the method, expected range and sample conditions.

Online Aluminium Analyser with 3S
Residual aluminium monitoring can help drinking-water treatment teams review coagulation and downstream water quality. The 3S-CL automates the selected wet-chemistry sequence, providing regular results for operational trending between laboratory checks.
The current method uses pyrocatechol violet in a pH 5.9 buffered sample to form a blue compound with Al(III), measured at 572 nm. Suitability depends on the source water, treatment stage, matrix and expected concentration. Review drinking-water analyser applications or the 3S-CL platform.
Repeatable online aluminium measurement in a compact analyser
The programmed sequence handles the sample and reagents automatically, allowing operators to review aluminium results and analyser status through the integrated touchscreen.
01 / ALUMINIUM METHOD
Parameter-specific aluminium measurement
The configured aluminium method uses pyrocatechol violet and optical measurement at 572 nm. The sample point and expected residual range should be reviewed together before the method is specified.
- 1–500 ppb range with the 16 mm cell
- ±2 ppb reproducibility with the 16 mm cell
- Freely programmable analysis frequency
02 / AUTOMATIC ROUTINES
Calibration, validation and cleaning
Automatic routines can be scheduled at selectable intervals to support repeatable aluminium monitoring between planned maintenance visits.
- Automatic calibration
- Automatic validation
- Automatic cleaning
Aluminium analyser information
Current 3S aluminium information for method, range and installation review. Final configuration should be confirmed against the latest parameter datasheet.
Flexible installation
Wall mounting is standard, with bench-top and panel-mount options.
Defined sample conditions
Pressure-free sample, 5–50°C and 80–500 mL/min.
Process outputs
Two 4–20 mA outputs, Modbus RTU RS485 and programmable relays.
Operator records
Integrated datalogging with USB download supports result review.
Designed for residual aluminium monitoring
Programmed aluminium results can help operators compare source, treatment-stage and final-water conditions. The analyser separates its electronic and wet compartments while keeping results, status and configuration accessible through the colour touchscreen.
Touchscreen
Review aluminium results, status information and analyser functions.
Automatic routines
Calibration, validation and cleaning run at selectable intervals.
Separate compartments
Electronic and wet sections are physically separated.
Low reagent use
For the 16 mm aluminium cell, the datasheet states 3 L of each reagent per 30 days at a 60-minute analysis frequency.
